Anyone who travels in a vehicle can tell you: things on the camper have to be adjusted, converted or replaced along the way.
In this case, Kathrin and Marc from Syncro Time had trouble with the auxiliary heater of their VW T4 Syncro during their trip through America.

A Parking Lot in Las Vegas Becomes a Workshop
Kathrin, Marc and their VW T4 Syncro “Hulk” are in Las Vegas when they open the shipping box with the tiger stripes to tackle the auxiliary heater conversion with its contents. They documented how it works in a three-part video series.
Is Our Heater Broken? [Video 1]
In this first video of the conversion series, they explain why they are replacing the still-working Eberspächer D3L with an Autoterm Air 2D together with the tigerexped installation kit. They also open the package with the tiger stripes and show in detail everything the conversion kit contains.
