Autoterm Comfort Control – New Control Panel After tigerexped Test

The recent announcement of the new “Comfort Control” control panel for Autoterm auxiliary heaters has already triggered a “burning desire” in many of you. No wonder – the new control panel significantly improves many functions and the overall use.

But when can you actually buy it? We want to answer exactly this question for you and take you behind the scenes:

Below is our tech tiger Lars. Some of you may already know him from Tech Support or from meeting him at a trade show. Lars is the only person in Germany who is currently allowed to play with the latest software of the control panel – he tests and improves it, finds bugs, does the fine-tuning. For this he is in constant contact with the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer has taken on the improvement, Lars loads the new version onto his Comfort Control and the test starts over. So the question “When is the new control panel coming?” would actually be easy to answer: when our Lars is satisfied!

Lars testing the Autoterm Comfort Control … before its release – not a sales launch

As so often when it comes to new developments and the improvement of Autoterm products, the tigers’ tech team is at the forefront. We get first-hand insight into what wishes you out there have for the products, and as the distributor in Germany we pass them on to the manufacturer.

We spare no cost or effort for this. Whether it means spending a lot of time at the desk working out suggestions for improvement, or going on a test at an altitude of over 3,400 meters, like back when we initiated and co-developed your requested altitude kit for the auxiliary heaters with the manufacturer.

Big tigerexped Customer Test

For the market launch of the Autoterm Comfort Control control panel (ACC), we came up with something special: we are running a big beta test with 100 of our customers.
