Practical Complete Solar Kits – Now Available with ULTRAblack tiger Solar Modules

Our proven complete solar kits are now also available with new solar technology. ULTRAblack tiger solar modules bring a lot of energy into your travel vehicle from a small area, and thanks to ready-assembled complete kits, getting solar on the roof is easy.

The complete kits are available for different needs in terms of output and available space on the camper.

Each kit always includes everything you need to install a solar system complete and working – from the module(s) and the matching charge controller to the correctly rated fuse and a complete adhesive set for mounting.

Long searching, annoying comparing and being careful not to make a mistake when ordering – forget it. All components are perfectly matched and everything is included so you can get started right away – and finish without problems.

More Power in a Compact Design

ULTRAblack tiger solar modules impress with high efficiency in compact dimensions. State-of-the-art monocrystalline cell technology (n-type TOPCon) delivers a cell efficiency of 24.8%. Even in diffuse light, an excellent power yield is still achieved.

In addition, during development we focused on an excellent temperature coefficient to limit power loss in heat, as well as on a clever wiring layout with bypass diodes so that even with partial shading good energy yields are still possible.

Last but not least, the uncompromisingly black ULTRAblack design blends in elegantly and inconspicuously with the aesthetics of any camper.

Complete Solar Kits – ULTRAblack for Every Need

As with our black tiger complete solar kits, with the ULTRAblack tiger version you can also choose whether the kit should include one or two modules of the selected power level.

You can also pick which charge controller you prefer.

Power Levels

The complete solar kits with ULTRAblack tiger modules are available in variants with

  • One or two modules of 115 Wp each
  • One or two modules of 120 Wp each (selectable format: either square or long and narrow)
  • One or two modules of 150 Wp each and
  • One or two modules of 180 Wp each

The other accessories are always adjusted automatically, so you don’t have to research or select anything else yourself.

Solar Charge Controller

You can choose between an MPPT SmartSolar charge controller from Victron Energy and the MPP Solar controller from Votronic. The difference:

Victron offers integrated Bluetooth monitoring, which requires an additional device with Votronic.

As a super-practical feature, however, Votronic has two charging outputs – a main charging output for the leisure battery and one for trickle charging the starter battery. The Votronic charge controller also has active cooling of the unit.

ULTRAblack tiger Modules – Even More Flexible Combinations

Besides choosing one or two modules, the 120 Wp ULTRAblack tiger solar module has a special feature: this module comes in two different formats – long and narrow, and square. The two are electrical twins. For this reason, they can be operated on a shared charge controller without any loss of power.

This is especially practical if the roof doesn’t offer much free space or if different surface patterns are available between roof hatches, roof racks or awnings. In general, this is a challenge.
